”Livia Ribichini's portal entitled Ianua becomes the starting point, the threshold that allows one to initiate oneself and prepare oneself for the fruition of another dimension. Inside, the portal itself collects a mixing of different temporalities: from the apotropaic Lamassu and the Corinthian capital, to contemporary building materials, a meeting of icons consciously taken from the past and (re)adaptation of materials and languages of our days in a more or less explicit of jumps and spatio-temporal overlaps. Lamassu itself is modeled in 3D printing and the water vapor created in Arduino stimulates a perceptive transfiguration. The entrance altered by Livia's intervention places us in an apparently empty space. Mostro opens up.
